Att Order Status Action Required We Need More Information to Continue

If you try to check your "order status" with the premier order id number in the email you received it won't work.
There's 2 separate order numbers. The number in the email will log you into the premier site to check the status via the premier site..
To check the AT&T order status you have to log into your account, click on order status and use your telephone number first with the zip code. Once you log in, you'll notice in the upper left hand corner a completely different order number. That's the number you have to use when you do a order number search through the AT&T account "order status"

So what are you trying to say?
The link below is for check your order status when you get it in the mail? I haven't even got an email yet
https://www.wireless.att.com/business/order_status/index.jsp?_requestid=9219The link below is at the AT&T store that you have to use your phone #, billing zip code?
https://www.wireless.att.com/order_status/order_status.jsp?vMethod#I'm a Premier I can't get into the top link only the bottom one and I haven't recieved an email yet. The bottom link I all see is iphone 32GB BLK (1), Fright (1), Various Sim (1) and all three still say back-order on them still
As long as you see it there you should be ok. Many were saying the Premier emails were being delayed, etc,etc... But when you receive your email from Premier you'll get a completely different order number that is used strictly on the Premier site to also check the status..

I can get through on the Premier order status but not through the regular order status and I have tried all sorts of combos to try to figure it out.

When you get into the AT&T order status section in the upper left hand corner you'll notice a order number, it has 3 numbers followed by a - then another series of numbers.
That is the order number to check the status via the AT&T website.
You can't use the order number from Premier to check your status on the AT&T website.

i'm in the same boat! Only the premier site works for me.
Here too....nothing shows up but the premier site for me. I did get the confirmation email within minutes of placing my order. And watched the status change form received to processing where it is now on the premier site.

Yes, I get a different order number. I also get a different order. Using my order number shows the "not recognized" message. Using my wireless number and zip code shows my iPhone 3GS pre-order dated 06/09/09.

I'm not able to find any orders on the standard ATT order status. Doesn't matter what combination of numbers and zipcodes I use. I'm also not seeing any additional order numbers anywhere.

I was in the same boat....
My order only showed status through the link I got from the Premier site. I tried it every which way, and could not get any status from the 'regular' AT&T order status page.
But, I just received an email from my CC company saying they processed a charge from AT&T today (I hadn't been charged up to this point, and I ordered at 8:30am PT yesterday), and when I went back and checked the 'regular' AT&T order status page (using wireless number), I could then finally see some status there.
Seems like things are being processed today from yesterday's orders.

I ordered yesterday at 8:30am EST on the premiere site and I can see the order status on both sites. For the regular at&t I used my cel number and billing zip code.

Me too. I think it's far easier to search via phone number and zip code on the normal AT&T site. I don't have to remember that super long number. I just bookmarked the Business order status.
